Fauquier County Fair
We went to the local fair recently to enjoy some activities, games, rides, farm animals and even a bit of competition. Amy, Anna and I all entered items in the fair this year. Anna took 3rd place for her acrylic painting of a dragon. Amy took first for a hat decoration and 5th for a photo she took on Skyline Drive. I took first for a picture I took at Swan Lake in Sumter, S.C. We had Amy’s cousin Emily in town for the weekend with her friend and we all enjoyed walking around the fair and enjoying the sights, sounds and fair food. Since Anna enjoyed her first spinning ride she wanted another, so we went on the Spinning Teacups.
Finally we got on the last spinning ride we could find, the Spinning Hearts. This actually got a little air as we lifted off the ground
